Baking has always been an important part of my life. Both my mother and my grandmother are excellent home bakers and many well-honed family recipes feature in what I make today. I trained and qualified as a professional pastry chef at Sheffield College, attaining a Level 3 VRQ (Vocationally Related Qualification) in Patisserie. I have also specialised in cake decoration and achieved Levels 1 and 2 City&Guilds ABC Certificates. I have therefore had the opportunity to master all manner of baked goods and pride myself on producing the most delicious and beautiful patisserie items.

Having gained a year's experience as the manager of a busy and successful bakery, working to deadlines and creating recipes to tempt local customers, I am now delighted to be launching my own baking enterprise. From my council registered kitchens at home and equipped with all the necessary health and hygiene certificates, I am pleased to offer you the chance to enjoy what I love making the most; mouth-watering tray bakes and unique show-stopping cakes.
